In 2019 tenor Kevin Hanrahan with permission from Nebraskan author Kwame Dawes and Australian author John Kinsella commissioned Australian composer Diana Blom and Nebraskan Composer Tyler Goodrich White to compose two solo songs for tenor, 2 solo songs for baritone and 2 duets for tenor and baritone each. On February 20, 2022 Tangling with the Epic was premiered in Lincoln, NE.
